I think I'm going to have to mail you some Boursin, this is getting ridiculous! I have never had Swedish herring, is it a typical Swedish Christmas dish?
:-). Yes a Swedish Christmas table will have herring, gravadlax, salmon, meatballs, sausages, Janssons frestelse.......ham, potatoes etc etc.
