I’d have never have thought that this meal would have been the one I craved, the open arms into which I ran after struggling with a summer cold, but what can I say, life is full of surprises. This is the best BLT I’ve ever eaten. Appetite is an unusual thing. When sick and lying face down on your pillow sheltering yourself from all noise and light, most people aren’t interested in meals.
I’ve just eaten but this made me hungry again. Yummy.
